Intensive Support and Mentoring Services:

4YP can be commissioned or spot purchased to provide intensive support and mentoring for young people currently experiencing a difficult time.
4YP Mentors are passionate about helping young people to lead happy, successful fulfilling lives. Our mentors draw on a variety of techniques, experience and qualifications for this work including coaching skills, motivational interviewing, counselling skills, mental health experience, working with young people with special needs, mentoring and youth work.
Our work is person centred and solution focussed we employ active listening skills and work on building a supportive and productive relationship with young people to help them achieve the outcome they want from our meetings.

1:1 Intensive Support, Mentoring and bespoke Group Mentoring Programs:

Schools, Colleges, local authorities, town councils or parents can spot purchase an agreed number of sessions for individual young people.

For example: 
4, 6, 10 or 12 x 1 hour sessions to be held in school, at home or at another agreed venue where the young person feels comfortable meeting.

To provide 1:1 mentoring and intensive support as described above for young people currently experiencing a difficult time for whatever reason.

Or

Group Mentoring Program – working with 8-10 students over one term for 2 hours per week – we can work with schools/colleges or local authorities to design bespoke programs to help improve behaviour, school attendance, raise aspirations, educate about a range of issues (child exploitation, sexual health, cyber bullying and much more!). Examples of outcomes that have been achieved for young people are raised aspirations, increased confidence, improved school attendance, improved behaviour at home and in school, improved relationships with family/peers/authority figures and happier young people!
